Prior to joining Zachys, Victor was Director of E-Commerce at The Vermont Teddy Bear Co. and its sister brands PajamaGram, Calyx Flowers, and PajamaJeans. Ranked as a Top 250 Internet Retailer, Vermont Teddy Bear is a leader in the gift industry and a well-regarded organization in the direct response and digital marketing space. Since 2007, Victor has been a speaker and active contributor in the digital marketing and e-commerce space; and he has over 12 years of experience in leading digital operations, developing strategies and driving initiatives to generate growth and increase efficiency. Victor serves on the board of directors for privately held companies providing advice and strategic direction. He joined B-Dry, a Gladstone portfolio company, as an independent director in February 2015; and joined The Mountain's board as an independent director in September 2016. Victor also provides consulting services to top retailers nationwide.
